  • not included in the hire of the main house and the bush cabins are sheets and bath towels; only in the round house do we provide these items.

  • included in all dwellings; pillows, pillowcases, mattress protectors, duvets, duvet covers

  • bamarang is not pet-friendly

  • very little phone coverage reaches bamarang, and there is no wifi

  • Check-in is after 3 pm & check-out is 10.30 am unless previously arranged

  • the main house consists of three dwellings that are a collective hire, not on an individual basis

  • The yoga hall is a dedicated space for yoga and group workshop sessions. Parties in this space are strictly prohibited. Total loss of the security deposit applies if found to be the case.

  • all of our residences have BBQs for guests to use

  • we have two fully equipped kitchens at the main house; one is suitable for catering, and the second is a standard residential kitchen

  • we do not provide cots

  • the bush cabins are 250 meters from the main house and 80 metres from the round house

  • tents and camper vans are allowed on the property by arrangement only and at additional cost

  • we provide firewood and gas during the winter, but excessive use may result in an additional fee - firewood from house 3 is not to be used for the outdoor fireplace at house 1.

  • the Shoalhaven river is a 400-metre walk from the top gate in front of the main house; at times, access becomes limited due to flooding

  • cars are not allowed to drive down the river; if there are special circumstances regarding mobility, guests can discuss access with management

  • we do not support four-wheel driving through the bush and prohibit it on the property

  • Two signed bush walks are close to the retreat; one is on our property and pulpit rock walk is 2km west along bamarang road

  • included in the hire; dishwashing liquid, hand soap, cleaning products, bin bags, hand towels, tea towels, bath mats, toilet paper

  • The retreat is located in the bush and on an unsealed gravel road.
